Li-Fen appears in 3rd Strike as a kidnap victim intended for Urien's experiments. Bison, she's seen being carried by Chun-Li during the escape, later reuniting with the other fighters. In the final assault of the Shadaloo base, F.A.N.G threatens to kill Li-Fen when Rashid manages to abort his plan. She provides a clue at the hideout where Rashid was staying: "Light up the pathway for those who stray. Under F.A.N.G's threat of death, she activate the "descent" or back up plan. She refuses Chun-Li's request that they escape the base, telling her that she needs to take care of something first.
She also reveals the location of Rashid's friend.ĭuring the first infiltration of the Shadaloo base, Li-Fen approaches Chun-Li and, on her mobile pad, shows her that she has been identified as one of the individuals in possession of a Merope chess piece. Li-Fen is the daughter of one of the missing hackers assisted by two Shadaloo soldiers until they are beaten by Rashid. Li-Fen also agrees to be trained by Chun-Li so that she will be stronger like her. Li-Fen remarks that her hairstyle was great. Chun-Li ties her hair into unadorned ox-horns, while telling her story a from a few years ago. She asks Chun-Li about her yellow ribbons and her wristbands from the Alpha series. She then kicks the opponent upward with massive force.Li-Fen appears in Chun-Li's character story. Hosenka: Chun-Li performs a Hyakuretsukyaku and kicks up the opponent and finally makes an aerial Spinning Bird Kick, which causes a tornado. Senretsukyaku: Chun-Li kicks the opponent once, then follows with a Hyakuretsukyaku and finishes with an inverted heel kick. Spinning Bird Kick: Chun-Li flips upside down and spin kicks her opponent. Hazanshu: She jumps to her opponent with a kick.
Kikoken: Chun-Li does her own fireball move. Hyakuretsukyaku: Chun Li's trademark kicking move. Victory Animation: Chun-Li jumps up and down in victory before flashing a peace sign to the camera. Intro: Chun-Li lands onto the battlefield, cracks her knuckles, and says "You ready for this?", as she gets ready.
